Lia by Avenew Development is a sculptural seaside residence located within Dubai Islands, designed around the natural dialogue between sea and sky. The building rises with fluid, wave-like forms and offers sweeping open views across the Arabian Gulf and the marina, creating a refined coastal living experience.

The project features a collection of 1 and 2-bedroom residences, spacious 3-bedroom family homes, and exclusive penthouses with private rooftop pools. Each residence is thoughtfully planned with balanced proportions, floor-to-ceiling windows, and curated layouts that maximize natural light, openness, and calm waterfront views.

Interiors at Lia reflect understated luxury through natural materials such as stone, wood, and refined glass surfaces. The residences feature contemporary finishing with a focus on texture, warmth, and visual balance.
