Project Overview

Meriden Beach Residences is a boutique low-rise coastal community located on Dubai Islands, designed with Mediterranean-inspired architecture and sculptural forms.

The project features 63 premium apartments crafted with bespoke European finishes. Its architecture is inspired by the fluidity of the sea, with soft curved lines, flowing cantilevered balconies, and expansive glazing that opens the homes toward coastal views.

Each residence is designed with spacious layouts, floor-to-ceiling windows, elegant built-in storage, natural-toned palettes, and a strong sense of openness. Interiors include textured wall coverings, Italian porcelain flooring, bespoke joinery, and high-quality materials that create a refined and calming atmosphere.

Kitchens feature Italian quartz islands, refined cabinetry, and branded appliances by Miele and Bosch. Bathrooms include rose-gold fixtures, Italian quartz feature walls, and ambient lighting, adding to the project’s elegant coastal character.

Dubai Islands is planned as a collection of five man-made islands with residential, commercial, and leisure spaces.
